Return new and unused items within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging including all literature/documentation and original tags.
There are no restocking fees on product returns that meet the above conditions.
Returned items will be subject for review and inspection upon arrival to the store to determine eligibility for product refund. (please allow up to 3-5 days for inspection to be completed on large multi item returns). If product shows sign of use or attempted installation it will be returned collect to the customer with no refund given.
Shipping an item for return must be paid by the customer.
If delivery date of items passes 15 days there will be a 20% restocking fee applied.
Electronic items are not eligible for return.
What is New Condition?
Electronics: There are no refunds available on electronic items.
Helmets & Apparel: Any merchandise which has been 'taken out for a ride' is considered used and cannot be returned. Items must still have all tags attached.(undergarments such as swimwear are final sale and are non-refundable)
Vehicle Parts & Tires: Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-refundable.
Steps for Return Shipping
1. Submit a return request to our email "firstname.lastname@example.org"
2. Print off your supplied return label (we will supply you with a return label after you have submitted a request to our email).
3. Prepare package / attach return label
4. Ship out your package. (Await inspection results on return) Note: Expect delays around 3-5 days for large multi item returns
